Our fee is an hourly charge and we will give you an estimate in advance of work commencing. If any parts are required these can be sourced by you (with advice on size and other details provided by Wayne) or he can source the specific part for you and add the charge to your final bill.

Door handles can be replaced or repaired. Troublesome locks can be restored to working order (unless there has been damage to the mechanism). Hinges can be fitted , realigned or replaced. Doors can be re-hung to ensure perfect opening and closing. Sanding, painting and varnishing doors and door frames and architraves can also be done.

Windows can be fitted and sealed. Replacement hinges and seals can be fitted to timber or plastic frames. Window locks can be fitted or repaired - providing the lock hasn't been broken by force. Painting, varnishing and restoration can also be provided.
